Benchmark Escrow and Title Agency, LLC is a locally owned and independently licensed agent for Commonwealth Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of LandAmerica Title Insurance Company.  LandAmerica provides title insurance and real estate transaction services to real estate agents, attorneys, developers, lenders, corporations, and also to consumers – people who buy, sell, and refinance real estate. With our heritage in the title insurance business today, LandAmerica offers a variety of products and services that help complete or close a real estate transaction, such as generating title searches, issuing title commitments and title insurance policies, providing for appraisals, inspections, flood certifications, and more.
